Cheap but may compromise your convenience and safety. One time I went outside, and it was raining hard, when I came back to the room the floor was soaking wet, all my stuffs on the floor were wet and almost damaged my gadgets. I do not know where were the leaks but did not bother to ask the management anymore.

Dirty. We did the initial cleaning. We had to buy a broom, because the service broom is so dirty. Bedsheets and towel not bleach white (not pleasant to use). Plenty of ants and flying insects. Bed is itchy. One bed has broken supports.

The cr smells bad and there is no soap and shampoo so we bought outside. The tissue provided is dirty and unsanitary.

The staffs are friendly and the location is perfect if you’re going to roam around the city cause its very accessible to the jeepney. Its near the famous church candelaria facing at a very nice plaza.
